Well, one of the nice things about macs, are the widgets. And this widget is a little treat for all the mac users out there that also happens to have a Joomla site.
The JED Search widget does exactly what it sounds like.
It saves you the hazzle from powering up your favorite browser, navigate to the Joomla Extensions Directory and hit the search button. With this widget all you need to do is hit the Dashboard shortcut, click the search field and hit enter.
Then it does the rest for you.

In Safari/Joomla on my iMac, i have problems when installing modules/components. When i pick an Archive (Zip-file), it opens the zip, it should pick it for install.
